i am in the army in ft drum ny. looking to get my level 1 crossfit certification. are there any places in or around syracuse to obtain one? any help, id appreciate. leave e-mail at joe_trin@yahoo.com i run my soldiers through a variation of a crossfit circuit i designed and it kiccks their butts, just want to go through the course to see what else i can bring to the table.
I am going to be back in the Syracuse area (Dewitt actually, right near Shoppingtown) would love to do some crossfit workouts while I am there, do you have regular classes (I have been doing CF for about 2.5 months here in the Bay Area (no. California)

Hey, I'm a level 1 CF trainer down in VA, but my family lives back in Syracuse. I am interested in getting my brother into it, he's a 23 year old who just finished college and is looking to get a gym membership. I was hoping to get him a trial membership with you guys but I couldn't find any info on rates/where you meet. Can you let me know more info?
